Main feature of structure and application

Cabinet structure for YR series high voltage motors is adopted and motor case is welded by steel sheet with light weight and good rigidity; insulation material with grade F is adopted for the winding of stator and its end has reliable fixing and binding. During the manufacturing period, it is subject to multiple inter-turn impulse voltage test and withstand voltage test to earth and is also to vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) treatment; Insulation structure with grade F is adopted for winding rotor and is subject to vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) treatment; the bearing has such types as rolling bearing and sliding bearing and depends on power and revolution of motor; the protection grade is IP23 and the way of cooling is IC01. The motor is used widely at such fields needing high starting moment as mining machinery, electric power plant and petrochemical industry etc .
