YKK series motor has a box structure. The shell is a box structure welded by steel plates, which is light in weight and good in rigidity. There are protective covers and covers on both sides and the top, so that the inside of the motor can be observed after the cover is disassembled or revised, which is convenient for the maintenance of the motor.
The stator adopts sliding external pressure structure. The stator winding is made of F-class less adhesive insulation material, with reliable fixing and binding at the ends, and treated by vacuum pressre impregnation solvent-free paint process. The motor has excellent and reliable insulation performance, strong mechical strength and moisture-roof performance.
